Refund policy

 At Cura B, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of skincare, health, and home decor products, we accept returns only within 7 days of delivery and only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and health-related products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, while shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
